Oh Hayley. You so racist!

I have a dream, a song to sing...

introspective
I'm dreaming...

and I'm British Psylocke. There seems to be some sort of mutant fighting going on, and then a car pulls up. The female driver looks familiar, like I recognize her as an old teammate of mind, but I can't quite place her. She tells me to get in, so I do, and then I realize it's Asian Psylocke.

And it's not like, it's post Siege Perilous, she's Betsy Braddock in the asian body, and I'm Kwannon/Revanche in the british body. We are both simply two Betsy Braddocks.

We drive to a store, which is Fisher Plaza, to get party supplies. After we're parked, I remark, "Y'know, Jean Grey wasn't all that." And Asian Psylocke is all "YES!" and then does a mocking impersonation of Jean Grey, all "Oh, I'm Jean Grey, I'm the Phoenix, blah blah blah!" And we both laugh as we get out of the car.

And then I woke up due to my alarm. THE END.

Uwajimaya treasure!

This is one of my favorite anime music videos that I've seen. Jewel's "Standing Still" using Excel Saga in the style of VH1 pop up video.

The Drowned World
Deadline
The Suffering
The Guardian of the Solar System
Farewell Great Macedon & Fragile Yellow Arc of Fragrance

Hrm...I think that covers it...for now, since some stuff is still being released, like the Big Finish Short Trips. Har har, I wonder if I can get through all of this before I finish up all of the 2nd Doctor episodes.

Edit 5/2/2010: While updating to reflect I listened to "The Drowned World", I decided to remove the short stories lists. They're all from anthology books, featuring stories from all the Doctors 1-7 (or 8), so there's no point in listing them really, in my opinion.

Your result for The Doctor Who Companion Test...

Romana II

You are Romana II. While you still retain all your knowledge from the Academy, your time spent traveling with The Doctor has mellowed you a bit, and you and The Doctor now get along quite well. The Doctor also greatly enjoys your company - you're smart enough to keep up with him, but are no longer the brash young know-it-all of your previous incarnation.

Unfortunately, all that mellowing has also caused you to become a bit more dependent upon The Doctor than you might like - you seem to be getting captured by monsters more and more these days. Still, you know how to enjoy yourself, and will probably stick around for the time being.

Playtest, Avenue Q, allergies

bleeding heart
This past Saturday was busy for me. I got into a Microsoft Playtest, got a couple of games as compensation, not that it does me much good since I only just sent off my 360 to get repaired.

Soco picked me up afterwards, and we headed downtown for the Taphouse Grill for din din with everyone else (Tim, Jamie, Jon, Woody, Craig, Alex, and Crystal), and then afterwards to The Paramount for Avenue Q.

The show was great live (previously had only seen it via a downloaded bootleg), especially from the front row.

However, the whole weekend was kinda eh with the sun being out and the allergies from hell.

Mamma Mia!

bleeding heart
Oh heeeeeey. It's Amanda Seyfried singing Gimme Gimme Gimme (A Man After Midnight)!
